- Day 1
Morondava - Navigation to Barren Islands - Departure from Nofy Be Club House pontoon at high tide for first long navigation of 105 nautical miles (about 24h) to Barren islands.
- Day 2
Barren Islands - Nosy Mangily - Discovery of these islands seasonally inhabited by nomadic Vezo who migrate here for fishing. Learning their unique lifestyle. Superb snorkeling, spearfishing possibility. Abundant fishing: fish on the menu!
- Day 3
Nosy Andrano / Nosy Dondosy - Morning departure to these islets for snorkeling, swimming and walking. Discovery of former guano extraction mine. Overnight anchorage in this preserved setting.
- Day 4
Nosy Anabohazo - Nosy Maroantaly - Maintirano - Morning navigation of 1h30 to 2h to Nosy Anabohazo, snorkeling and walk discovering sea turtle nesting sites. Navigation to Nosy Maroantaly according to tides.
- Day 5
Maintirano - Nosy Vao - Kingalahy - Conditional stop at Maintirano for fruit and vegetable provisioning if conditions allow. Beginning of long navigation of about twenty hours.
- Day 6
Manongosa River - Besalampy - Entry into Manongosa river estuary to ascend 25km into this stunning red river. Observation of crocodiles, fishermen and scenes from another time. Arrival at Besalampy, landlocked town accessible only by sea. Evening in lively bars.
- Day 7
Free day in Besalampy - Free day ashore in this small bright-colored town, isolated from the world. Late afternoon departure as soon as tide permits.
- Day 8
Cap Saint-André - Vilamatsa - Arrival at Vilamatsa, village east of the cape closest to Africa. Walk on endless white sand beach with stranded container carcasses to lighthouse. Breathtaking view of turquoise northern and red southern waters meeting.
- Day 9
Baly Bay - Soalala - If winds allow, entry into bay to Soalala. Visit to Baly Bay National Park, unique habitat of endemic Angonoka turtle, rare freshwater turtles and dugongs. Navigation to Nosy Makamby.
- Day 10
Nosy Makamby - Majunga - Arrival at Nosy Makamby, swimming and walk on this stunning island. Final sail navigation to final destination: Majunga.
